TapeCrest is operated by DC Finanzinvest SRL, Str. Teatrului 3A, Botoșani, Romania. This company is the controller of the information described here.
Contact us at support@tapecrest.com, by post at the address above, or through our contact form.
What we collect and why
We receive your email address, selected product interest, request type, any message you choose to include, the page you submitted from, and a record of your submission and consent choices.
Launch notifications: if you opt in, we use your details to email you about the TapeCrest launch and trial availability you requested. The legal basis is your consent, under GDPR Article 6(1)(a).
Questions and product guidance: we use your details to answer you. Enquiries made before a possible purchase are handled at your request under Article 6(1)(b); other correspondence is handled in our legitimate interest in responding to messages under Article 6(1)(f).
Providing your information is voluntary. We need an email address to reply or send a launch notification. Contacting us does not subscribe you to launch emails unless you choose that option.
Access and retention
Your submission is available to the TapeCrest team and the hosting, website and email service providers involved in receiving, storing and handling it.
We keep launch-list information until the relevant launch notification has been sent or you withdraw consent. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to resolve your request. Any records needed for a legal obligation or claim are retained only as long as that purpose requires.
Your choices
You can withdraw launch consent at any time by contacting us, without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing where applicable.
Send a privacy request to support@tapecrest.com or use the contact form. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Romania’s ANSPDCP.
